Therametta Classes at 301 Leacock Drive include:
- A guided body awareness experience to help focus and centre
- Yoga postures

Providing space is available in a class, try out a class for $14. You can join into the session at any time and only pay for the remaining classes. Please call ahead to reserve your space.

Are you someone who has trouble with balance? Is it difficult standing for long periods? Is it challenging to sit on or get up from the floor? You can still enjoy the benefits of yoga.
How? Through modified movement while seated in a chair and standing (balance enhancement) with the support of a chair or wall. Class size is limited to 4 participants to ensure more one-on-one work with each student.
